G. Marc Baumann
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and President of Urban Operations

Mr. Baumann was appointed chief financial officer, treasurer and president of urban operations in October 2012. Until that time, he had served as our executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer since joining the Company in October 2000. From January 1993 to October 2000, Mr. Baumann was chief financial officer for Warburtons Ltd. in Bolton, England. Mr. Baumann is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He received his B.S. degree in 1977 from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1979.

William H. Bodenhamer Jr.
Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Bodenhamer joined Standard Parking in October 2012 in connection with the Standard Parking / Central Parking merger. Mr. Bodenhamer is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of USA Parking System, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary that provides valet management services to more four and five diamond hotels and resorts than any other parking operator. Mr. Bodenhamer serves on numerous committees and boards in various roles, including the American Automobile Association, Auto Club Group, Chairman of Public and Governmental Affairs & Marketing Committee, and the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority.
Mr. Bodenhamer attended East Carolina University from 1970 to 1974, where he served as the President of the Student Body. He also served as a member of the University’s Board of Trustees from 2003 to 2011.

Keith Evans
Executive Vice President, Strategy, Information Technology and Process

Mr. Evans was appointed executive vice president, strategy, information technology and process, in January 2013. In that capacity, Mr. Evans oversees the company’s short- and long-term strategic planning activities. In addition to strategy development, Mr. Evans is responsible for execution of associated strategic initiatives through oversight of the company’s project management office and the organization’s information technology and change management functions.
Mr. Evans joined Standard Parking Corporation in 2001 as vice president, finance. From 2003 through 2012, he served as senior vice president, strategy, technology and information. He has led the integration activities associated with the company’s October 2012 acquisition of Central Parking Corporation. Mr. Evans holds an MBA in finance and marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University), and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Stanford University.

Thomas L. Hagerman
Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer

Mr. Hagerman was appointed our executive vice president and chief business development officer in October 2012. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Hagerman served as chief operating officer since September 2007. He joined the company in 1997 and served as senior vice president of operations from March 1998 until September 2007. Mr Hagerman is a graduate of Ohio State University, and began his career in the parking industry in 1992. He is an active member of the International Parking Institute and a member of the Building and Owners Management Association. Mr. Hagerman also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio.

Daniel G. Huberty
Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Huberty joined Standard Parking in October 2012 as Executive Vice President of Operations for the company’s South Division in connection with the Standard Parking / Central Parking merger. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of National Sales for Central Parking. Mr. Huberty joined Central Parking in 2011 after serving as a Vice President for Clean Energy Fuels. Prior to that, he worked in the parking industry for 16 years serving in various capacities. Mr. Huberty currently serves as the State Representative for Texas House District 127, and also served his local community as a School Board Trustee for Humble ISD from 2006 - 2010. He received his B.S. degree in 1991 from Cleveland State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix in 1998.

Gerard M. Klaisle
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer

Mr. Klaisle has served as our executive vice president and chief human resource officer since February 2010. He served as our senior vice president—human resources from April 2005 through January 2010. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Klaisle was senior vice president of human resources for USF Corporation, a trucking and logistics company, from April 2001 through December 2004. Prior to joining USF Corporation, Mr. Klaisle served 18 years with Midas, Inc. where he rose from director of labor relations to senior vice president, human resources. Mr. Klaisle earned a B.S. degree from LeMoyne College in 1975 and his M.B.A. from Loyola University in Chicago in 1979.

Daniel R. Meyer

Mr. Meyer has served as our senior vice president, corporate controller and assistant treasurer since January 2001. Mr. Meyer served as our vice president, corporate controller from October 1998 to January 2001. Prior to his employment with us, Mr. Meyer was vice president, international operations for Brunswick Corporation from October 1995 to September 1998 and vice president of finance from November 1990 to October 1995. Mr. Meyer is a certified public accountant. He received his B.S. degree in 1972 from Northern Illinois University and his M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1988.

Robert N. Sacks

Mr. Sacks has served as our executive vice president—general counsel and secretary since March 1998. Previously, Mr. Sacks served as general counsel and secretary from 1988 until 1989, as vice president, secretary and general counsel from 1989 until 1997, and as senior vice president, secretary and general counsel from 1997 to March 1998. Mr. Sacks received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University in 1976, and in 1979 received his J.D. degree from Suffolk University where he was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review.

Edward E. Simmons

Mr. Simmons has served as executive vice president – operations since August 1999. Prior to joining Standard Parking as senior vice president – operations in May 1998, Mr. Simmons was president, chief executive officer and co-founder of Executive Parking, Inc. Prior to joining Executive Parking, Inc., Mr. Simmons was vice president/general manager for Red Carpet Parking Service and a consultant on facility layout and design and general manager of J & J Parking. Mr. Simmons is a current board member of the National Parking Association and the International Park Institute. Mr. Simmons is a past executive board member and past president of the Parking Association of California.

Robert Toy
Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Toy joined Standard Parking as Executive Vice President of Operations in October 2012 in connection with the Standard Parking / Central Parking merger. Most recently, Mr. Toy served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations for Central Parking. Mr. Toy began his career with Central Parking as Executive Vice President of USA Parking System, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary. Previously, Mr. Toy was Chief Operating Officer for Denison Parking and National Operations Director for Republic Parking. Throughout his 28 year career, he has been a part of many organizations, including the National Parking Association and the International Parking Institute. He attended the University of Kentucky, where he majored in Business Administration.

Steven A. Warshauer
Executive Vice President - Operations

Mr. Warshauer is our Executive Vice President – East. In this capacity, Mr. Warshauer oversees and is responsible for the financial performance of all of the Company's East Division operations. Mr. Warshauer also oversees all marketing and business development activities in the East Division.
Prior to holding this position with the Company, Mr. Warshauer held the positions of Senior Vice President and Vice President.
Mr. Warshauer is a third generation member of his family to be in the parking business, dating back to 1929. Mr. Warshauer's parking career began in 1978, and he has been with Standard Parking since 1982. Prior to working in the parking business, Mr. Warshauer practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with a national accounting firm in the Chicago area.
Mr. Warshauer holds a B.S. degree from the University of Northern Colorado and lives in the Chicago area. He is a member of the International Parking Institute as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association and the Chicago Children's Museum.

James A. Wilhelm
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wilhelm has served as our president since September 2000 and as our chief executive officer and a director since October 2001. Previously, Mr. Wilhelm served as executive vice president—operations since March 1998, and as senior executive vice president and chief operations officer from September 1999 to August 2000. Mr. Wilhelm joined the Company in 1985, initially managing parking facilities in the Company's Chicago division and ultimately becoming responsible for the Company's Midwest and Western Regions, which included parking facilities in Chicago and sixteen other cities throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Wilhelm received his B.A. degree from Northeastern Illinois University in 1976.

Michael K. Wolf
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Associate General Counsel

Mr. Wolf has served as our executive vice president—chief administrative officer and associate general counsel since March 1998. Mr. Wolf served as senior vice president from March 1990 to January 1998. Mr. Wolf also served as general counsel of one of the Company's predecessor entities from March 1990 until March 1998. Mr. Wolf received his B.A. degree in 1971 from the University of Pennsylvania, and in 1974 received his J.D. degree from Washington University, where he served as an editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
